Sometimes the most impressive cocktails are the most simple in design; inspired by this week’s featured chef, Matt Cooper, our REVIVAL COCKTAIL layers flavors and ingredients that are close at hand; Arkansas vodka, backyard mint layered with Southern Honeysuckle and fresh squeezed lemon juice…it might just make a believer out of you.

REVIVAL COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS

8 Mint Leaves

3 oz. Rock Town Vodka

1 1/2 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

2 Dashes ph Alchemy Honeysuckle Bitters

Lemon Peel

Club Soda

TECHNIQUE

Combine mint, vodka, lemon juice, honeysuckle bitters and syrup in a shaker - stir carefully the pour into highball glass with ice. Top off with club soda, garnish with lemon peel.
